Physical activity carries inherent risk including injury and, in rare cases, death. By booking a session on FitBuddy you acknowledge and assume these risks.

Assumption of Risk

You confirm that you are in good health, have consulted a physician if appropriate, and are voluntarily participating in the activity.

Activity Partners are independent providers and are not medical professionals unless they explicitly hold a relevant license.

Release

You release FitBuddy and your Partner from claims arising from ordinary risks of the activity, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
